Responsibilities
- Design and deploy predictive modeling frameworks using AI/ML to forecast market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning roadmaps for 2026+ in climate tech, quantum computing, and neuro interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Author horizon-scanning reports published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to simulate complex global system interactions
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption rates across 15+ industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 clients
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals (minimum 3 citations)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix, Horizon Scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with >85% accuracy
- Expertise in systems dynamics modeling and Monte Carlo simulations
- Security clearance for government-level scenario planning projects
