Responsibilities

- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks guiding R&D investments and innovation pipelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term technology roadmaps with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts and technological inflection points
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
