Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor complex IT projects from initiation to closure
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for optimal delivery
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate client communication and stakeholder presentations
- Maintain project documentation and quality assurance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in fast-paced environments
- PMP or Scrum Master certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Proven ability to lead teams through complex technical implementations
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budget management and resource optimization
- Ohio residency required for local on-site collaboration
