Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and execute keyword research strategies to identify high-value search terms and content opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures, to improve search rankings.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other SEO tools, providing monthly reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure alignment between editorial calendars and SEO goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s search algorithms, including recent updates like Page Experience and E-E-A-T.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform on-site optimizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
