Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the company website.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and fix site architecture issues, improve site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness.
- Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimize on-page content accordingly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators to develop SEO-friendly copy, meta tags, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
- Link Building: Lead outreach efforts to acquire high-quality backlinks and build a strong domain authority profile.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics; ability to work with developers on site updates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Adaptability: Deep understanding of current Google algorithm updates and the ability to pivot strategies quickly.
