Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
- Manage on-page and off-page optimization efforts, including keyword research, meta-tag optimization, and backlink profiling.
- Analyze website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance metrics and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful local and national campaigns.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work from our San Jose office (Hybrid model).
