Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of cloud-native applications using Java, Python, and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Design microservices architecture with Kubernetes and Terraform infrastructure
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive agile sprint planning and backlog refinement ceremonies
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software development with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, or Scrum)
