Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments and implement robust, long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend or full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools.
- Strong experience with React.js, Redux, and RESTful API integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
