Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Austin and Virginia to define product requirements and features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Willingness to travel between Austin, TX and Virginia offices as needed.
