Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the architecture of new features and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, perform root cause analysis, and implement technical debt reduction strategies.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices across all environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
