- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies, including AI integration and advanced cloud-native frameworks.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of engineering excellence, mentoring senior leads and architects to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices, Kubernetes, and Serverless computing.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and successfully integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML) into product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
