Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and warehousing, to streamline logistics operations.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and visual presentations for executive leadership.
- Lead and participate in cross-departmental projects to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of supply chain initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record of using data to drive strategic decisions and cost reductions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
