Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes from requisition to offer, specifically for technical positions such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps professionals.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to build robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience to ensure a smooth and positive journey.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline health and hiring timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the software engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
