Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates in the San Jose and North Carolina markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and drive candidate applications.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, preferably within the IT or Software industry.
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
  • Strong understanding of the San Jose and North Carolina tech job markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
