As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top talent for our engineering and product departments. If you are passionate about building world-class teams and have a knack for identifying the best technical professionals, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates in the San Jose and North Carolina markets.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and drive candidate applications.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources, preferably within the IT or Software industry.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the San Jose and North Carolina tech job markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
