Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit secure smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and Vyper.
- Optimize blockchain protocols for maximum throughput, security, and gas efficiency.
- Lead architectural decisions for complex DeFi and NFT projects.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to integrate Web3 wallets and DApps.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices in decentralized development.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including EIP upgrades and cross-chain interoperability standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and experience with at least one EVM-compatible chain (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).
- Strong understanding of cryptography, hashing algorithms, and consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoA).
- Experience with development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle.
- Familiarity with Rust and its application in blockchain (Polkadot, Solana, Near) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
