Responsibilities
- Define the Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology initiatives aimed at the 2026 market landscape, identifying disruptive technologies.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling the demands of next-generation computing and AI integration.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into quantum computing, advanced AI models, and edge computing to maintain our competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select emerging software, hardware, and cloud providers that align with our long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Strong grasp of current and emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and IoT ecosystems.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt organizational technology strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
