- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact growth vectors.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and pivot strategies based on real-time data and forecasting models.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to forecast budget requirements and resource allocation.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for integration by 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term strategic initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
