- Lead cross-functional workshops to define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the fiscal year.
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies dynamically to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D and operational expansion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or product management within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term roadmaps for rapid growth.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically regarding AI, automation, and cloud scalability.
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional certification.
