Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone and in person, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our inventory management systems.
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and labeling shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
