Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call quality and average handle time.
- Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant product information and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
