Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver features on time.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (React, Vue.js), Node.js, Python, or Java. Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Willingness to work from Miami, FL or support Virginia operations remotely.
