Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products to and from storage areas, loading docks, and vehicles using hand trucks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the logistics manager immediately.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure efficient picking and packing processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
