Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
