Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Package and prepare products for shipping according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
