Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving incoming stock, verifying counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record is essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
