Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to keep stock records up to date.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical issues and improve workflow.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software or RF scanners.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
