Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle packages and freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately check, count, and record incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain precise inventory levels.
- Picking and Packing: Select products from the warehouse shelves and prepare them for shipment according to company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment for everyone.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
- Communication Skills: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
