Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming inventory shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider experience in lieu of education).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
