Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship incoming and outgoing merchandise with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely under supervision.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to coordinate daily tasks and priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn new skills are required.
