We are looking for energetic individuals to help us manage our growing inventory in El Paso.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and shipping containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, organize warehouse space, and update inventory records accurately.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen; must be willing to work full-time.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
