Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damages, discrepancies, and errors.
- Pack and seal products securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in organizing inventory by categorizing products and labeling shelves.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily priorities and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (not required for all positions).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
