Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and package orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and secured.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
