As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain during our peak weekend hours. You will be the face of our brand, leading a team of dedicated associates and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of 5-8 associates during weekend shifts to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to maintain 99.9% inventory accuracy.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor workflow processes and implement improvements to reduce downtime and optimize weekend throughput.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, resolving inquiries and issues professionally.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of daily operations, shift reports, and inventory logs using our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail management.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday, including holidays as needed.
- License: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
