Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in organizing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding shipment status.
- Perform light clerical duties, including data entry and paperwork.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to outdoor roles).
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
