Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, count, and verify accuracy.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock counts using handheld scanning devices.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and clutter-free.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
