Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and quantity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process customer orders accurately and timely to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
