Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and update order statuses.
- Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
