Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks on products before they are packaged and shipped.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
