Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within the designated weekend timeframe.
- Collaborate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Valid driver's license may be required for occasional local travel.
