Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using our CRM system and knowledge base
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics including satisfaction scores
- Attend weekend team meetings for training and process updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (retail setting)
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional off-site tasks)
