Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services during weekend check-ins and check-outs
- Manage premium room assignments and VIP guest requests
- Coordinate with dining and concierge teams for seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Execute weekend inventory management for high-demand amenities
- Train on new property technologies and service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Boston knowledge and local attraction expertise preferred
- Flexible scheduling availability during peak event periods
