Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage venue operations including seating, inventory, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols consistently
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun, 10am-10pm)
- 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain)
- Must be 18+ years old
