Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform server maintenance and patch management on Saturdays.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve critical issues with minimal downtime.
- Conduct security audits and ensure data integrity during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to document recurring technical issues.
- Manage inventory for weekend mobile devices and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical degree.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Active Directory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
