Responsibilities
- Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and upgrades on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for onsite personnel efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and service tickets in the CRM system.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team to resolve escalated issues.
- Monitor server health and performance to prevent downtime.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
