Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and correctly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to time schedules.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any operational discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
