Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient processing of orders during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, maintain accurate records, and ensure organized storage of goods.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to coordinate tasks and meet daily targets.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and prepare them for shipping or storage.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong organizational skills.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and proven track record of punctuality.
