Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues using patience, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Update customer information and order status in the internal CRM database.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members on weekend protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
