Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using proprietary CRM and ticketing systems
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in compliance with SLAs
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose process improvements
- Uphold company standards for response times and customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekend cross-functional training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
