Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and store presentation during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain smooth operations
