Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the management system.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to transition operations smoothly.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
